I lost every key to my car. Can you make a new one?
Yes. Lost key generation is one of our specialties, especially for BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volvo and Saab. We cut and program the new key on site, and you can choose an OEM or aftermarket key.
Should I rekey or replace my locks?
If the locks work and you just want old keys to stop working, rekeying is usually the quicker, cheaper fix. If the hardware is worn or you want an upgrade like an electric lock, we install new. We'll tell you which makes sense when we look at it.
Can you open a safe if the combination is lost?
Yes. We do lost-combination openings, combination changes, repairs and lock upgrades on fire, burglary, gun, cash and deposit safes.
What do I need to have ready?
Your location, and photo ID. Before we open a car, home or business or make a key, we confirm it's yours. For a car, have the year, make and model, and the registration or title if you can get to it.

For key programming and module repair, yes. Ship the module to Duvall's Auto Lab and we send it back ready to install, typically within 1 to 3 business days. On-site work is limited to North Jersey and nearby parts of New York, Pennsylvania and South Jersey.
